How do I use everything in this set?

Massage the shampoo into wet hair and scalp, rinse, then apply the conditioner to the lengths and rinse after one to two minutes. Use as often as you wash your hair. Alongside that, take your daily dose of the supplement, tablets or gummies per the label, for the inside-out half of the routine.
When will I notice a difference?
